Questions about pricing and payment
Yes. One cash register is free and requires no card. The cabinet, catalogue, stock, reports and fiscalization are available in full.
The cashbox on your device, the web cabinet with catalogue, stock, prices and cashiers, fiscal receipts via Checkbox PRRO, offline mode and reports for day, week and month.
You pay only when you activate the second cash register. The price is per cash register: the first one stays free regardless of how many you add.
Right now licences are issued by the manager: leave a request in the cabinet, get an invoice from the company and the licence is activated after payment. Card payment from the cabinet is coming.
We warn by email in advance. After the licence expires the extra cash registers are switched off, but the data stays in place and the first cash register remains free.
Fiscalization through Checkbox PRRO is part of the cashbox and is not charged separately by Posio. The fiscal provider bills its own service according to its own terms.
Yes. The annual payment is cheaper and fixes the price for the whole paid period; when it ends you can move to monthly or renew for another year at the price valid at that moment.
Yes. A website on the POSIO platform is built turnkey and priced on request: it takes catalog, prices and stock from POSIO, and its orders arrive in POSIO. See the “Website” page in the menu.
